During this challenging season with Covid-19 we are limiting our in-person groups but we are offering several online meetings. We have an adult Bible study group, a children’s program via Zoom and our Celebrate Recovery program which meets in-person on Friday evenings. If you are looking for some other ministry or need spiritual counseling please know we are here for you. Please send us a message.  email: secretary@buc.gccoxmail.com

How Do I Meet People?

The best way to meet people is not to limit your visits to Sunday morning service. Come get involved in a Sunday School class, small group or other activity.

Small Groups
Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. Our church has several small groups where one can experience community. And if we don’t have what you need, we are always open to new groups. We have bible study groups and fellowship groups.
Youth Ministry
Our youth group is not so big that it’s overwhelming, but big enough that it’s vibrant and active. They meet on Wednesday evenings in the youth building (the YAC Shack). They study, fellowship and plan outings. Currently, they are planning on going to Meltdown in Panama City Beach in January and going to AtlantaFest next June.
There are plenty of children’s activities at Bellview. In addition to Sunday School and Children’s Church, Wednesday nights are dedicated to teaching children to love God and love others in our iGLO program, where every Wednesday is a party. And then there are special events, such as VBS, the Back to School Bash and Christmas fun.
United Methodist Women United Methodist Women equips women and girls around the world to be leaders in communities, agencies, governments, and churches. Our chapter is strong and growing. They fellowship, give generously and learn together.
United Methodist Men Accountability among men is an act of integrity. Accountability is designed to protect, encourage, and develop men of all ages. Our men meet monthly to build and encourage one another. They eat breakfast before church one Sunday every other month, and on alternate months, they plan an outing together. Lately, they have also taken road trips to the Men’s Barn Meeting in Molino every month.
There is always a nursery available on Sunday mornings.

Bellview Beauties The Bellview Beauties are a group of retired but energetic ladies who meet at the church on Thursday mornings. They socialize, snack, and do things that the church needs to keep going: such as folding bulletins, cleaning and any other thing they can find that needs a little loving care. There is always room for more, and plenty of snacks to go around.

Lunch Bunch Fellowship
One Thursday a month, our lunch bunch fellowship meets at a different restaurant to experience friendship and fellowship together. No reservations required, just show up! Check our calendar page for dates and places.
Come join us, learn to love in community and find out what it feels like to have the love of God and each other.
He’s waiting!
